Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change and unexpected events can arise. To ensure appointment availability for all clients, and therapists' time is respected we have updated our booking policy. We kindly ask for at least a 48-hour notification for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 100% fee of the scheduled service. Clients who do not show up to their appointment without prior notification and wish to rebook will be required to make a $25 deposit (amount may vary depending on the type of service), which also applies to ALL pre-paid sessions. The deposit will be credited towards your next session or gratuity. No-shows will be charged 100% deposit for the service fee.
